Coronavirus: A Message from Always Pure Organics
The health and safety of our customers, staff and couriers are the highest priority to Always Pure Organics.
We are writing to inform you of additional safety measures put in place due to recent global circumstances.
We will be closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. In the meantime, the following steps will be taken to ensure your safety:
1. As we already follow GMP and ISO practices, we always maintain the highest standards of hygiene throughout our manufacturing and distribution facilities. To ensure all staff are keeping hygienic we have installed hand sanitiser dispensers throughout our offices and at all building entrances.
2. All couriers will be asked to contact a designated staff member who will collect deliveries outside the loading bay, and asked not to enter the building. All outer packaging will be disposed of and goods going in will be sanitised.
3. Our manufacturing staff will wear face masks in addition to our regular hygiene uniforms (hair nets, gloves and laboratory clothing etc) whilst on our premises, and we have also asked them to take all reasonable precautions during out of working hours.
4. All staff that show symptoms of a cold, flu or Coronavirus (COVID-19) will be asked to self-isolate for 14 days. We will also arrange a full deep clean to ensure there is no contamination to other staff members.

5. Unfortunately at this time we must cancel all Swiss site visits, UK warehouse tours and attendance of all networking events. Please contact your appointed Account Manager to arrange phone conferences instead.
At this time, it is our aim to ensure full services are still ongoing and we will keep you updated as the situation continues to evolve.
