Guidance for the preparation of a Novel Foods Application

Section 2.3 lays out the requirements for Production Processes, with how much detail is required and some examples of what sort of processes should be included.

Government guidance on analytical limits for controlled cannabinoids

Relevant for Novel Foods AND cosmetics. Basically, reiterates the 1mg of controlled substance per container but updated to be clearer and easier to implement. Main points covered are; Definition of Psychoactive compounds, concentrations of them, ‘combining factors’ when there is presence of multiple compounds, and calculation guidance for analyses (method of detection).
